`Monty Halls' Great Escape'was a 5 x 60 minute series for BBC2, following explorer and marine biologist Monty Halls as he found and renovated an old bothy on the West Coast of Scotland, set it up as a working smallholding, complete with pigs, sheep, chickens and veg garden, and used it as a base from which to explore the wildlife, culture and history of the area.
