GARDEN
The cottage has a small garden packed with plants and colour. As is often the way in North Devon, it is on the other side of the road! It might be because in days of old plots of land were used to settle gambling debts, so were not connected to the houses they belonged to!
There is plenty of room to relax in the sun, or have breakfast/lunch/ evening barbeque.
PARKING
Unlike many properties in the village we have a dedicated parking space, between the cottage and the garden. Some guests have found it a bit tight, but we have had transit vans and estates with bike racks in there. If you don't feel confident (or you are visiting in more than one car) there is a diagram below with alternative places (as the neighbors can be protective about `their' spots!)
